Beaconhills College are seeking a Deputy Head of Senior School to join us at our Pakenham Campus in 2026.

The successful applicant must thrive on working as part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are committed to fostering excellence in their students.

  • Commencing 22 January 2026
  • This position is at our Pakenham Campus
  • This is a full time ongoing position which includes a teaching load
  • This role comes with an allowance of $10,696 per annum (included in advertised salary) and includes 18 periods of time release per cycle
  • This position requires a current VIT registration

Deputy Head of Senior School

  • Deputise for Head of Senior School when required
  • Oversight of the learning and wellbeing of students in the Section.
  • Organise and facilitate Section assemblies
  • Communicate information to staff
  • Collaborate with the Head of Section to provide oversight of the operations and planning for the Section.
  • Oversight of the tracking process of the students in the section
  • Development and oversight of the House Program for the Section
  • Coordinate smooth transition for students as they move through sections and post Year 12.
  • Facilitate the student leadership programs within the section such as the Student Council
