Bakery Production Operator – Join Our Team

We're a growing commercial bakery producing high-quality bread and pizza bases for leading retailers and hospitality clients across WA. We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our busy team in Osborne Park.

About the Role

You'll be part of our production team who is responsible for assisting in the daily production of baked goods, ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and efficiency. The role involves operating machinery, following recipes and procedures, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to a smooth production workflow.

What You'll Do

  • Operate mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment.
  • Prepare dough and follow production recipes accurately.
  • Monitor quality throughout the production process.
  • Keep your work area clean and follow food safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with your team to meet daily production targets.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 or 2 years' experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
  • Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to work early morning or day shifts.
