About the role

We are seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at Golden Bakery in Osborne Park, WA. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring our cleaning team performs to the best of their ability and meets targets on time.

The hours for this role will be 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing our cleaning team
  • Ensuring our cleaning standards are being met
  • Assisting our cleaning team with task completion
  • Assisting in refining and developing our cleaning processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leading a team
  • Previous experience in cleaning (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to details
