Internal Communications Coordinator
We're looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting our Retirement Solutions business, which is a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services. In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of engaging internal communications that connect our people and bring our strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver internal communications plans by supporting initiatives that bring strategy to life, ensure consistent messaging, and keep employees informed of changes.
- Coordinate leader communications by drafting, editing, proofreading, and distributing messages that engage and inform employees.
- Prepare communication materials by assisting in creating presentations, updates, and other resources for leaders to share with their teams.
- Maintain communication channels including managing and updating the SharePoint intranet, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with key messages.
- Support events and logistics through providing hands-on assistance for Town Hall meetings, including preparing materials and managing virtual sessions.
- Execute and measure campaigns by building and distributing communications via marketing automation tools (DotDigital), track performance, and report on success.
- Plan and align communications by maintaining an internal communications calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent delivery.
Experience & Personal Attributes:
- 3 years' experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and SharePoint; experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Dot Digital) and Teams Town Hall meetings is an advantage.
