We currently have an opportunity for an **Internal Sales Team Member** to join our **Internal Sales Team**.
Reporting to the **Internal Sales Manager**, you will qualify new enquiries through digital and physical sales lead sources and nurture the Porter Davis database.
Through this process, you will provide qualified sales leads and tasks to the sales team and/or wider business.
This role is a part-time position working between 26 - 30 hours weekly between Monday - Sunday. Providing flexible working arrangements to aid your personal and professional development.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and leads both over the phone and on our LiveChat online system
- Provide the first response as well as ongoing nurturing to a client’s online enquiry and building report
- Attentively engage with each client and provide clear pathways for their needs
- Coordinate lead generation and enquiries to sales consultants
- Ensure lead information is accurately attained from the client and recorded in CRM
- Liaising and assisting clients in the construction phase of their building journeys via the communication of delays
- Coordinate lead administration and organization
- Maintaining database integrity and accuracy
- Referring clients to construction finance specialist
- Engage in structure and efficiencies in lead generation for the national sales team.
- Use CRM to log communication efforts for prospective future enquiry reference
- Create Tasks for Sales Consultants in CRM
- Use relevant CRM to communicate new promotions on behalf of Sales Consultants
- Logging client feedback in CRM, Excel, Google Sheets & OneNote for projective forecasting purposes (prior knowledge not essential)

Ideally were seeking a confident professional with a friendly attitude who has sales customer experience and possesses the following:
- High focus and experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated Sales knowledge including prospecting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated selling/lead management skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work to conflicting deadlines and problem solve
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Excellent IT Skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite) (SAP Advantageous)
- Sense of urgency, flexibility and strong initiative
