Let's talk about the opportunity
We have a very solid base to get you started with high user numbers across Yammer, Slack, Sharepoint and other internal channels. It will be your role to manage:
- Employee communications channels including creation of content, effective publication and delivery. This includes management of enterprise employee newsletters, townhalls, digital screens, the intranet and internal social channels such as Yammer.
- Assist in the development and execution of a best-practice approach to enterprise or internal communications, aligned to our digital-first future and the broader communications and stakeholder strategy. This includes building a clear picture of audience segments and their needs, as well as collaborating with Technology and People & Culture to identify appropriate channels to support future ways of working.
- Coordinate and support internal engagement initiatives including townhalls / webinars and Corporate Responsibility activities as well as any content production associated with these events
- Build an internal communications reporting framework to measure reach, readership and engagement. Develop insights and recommendations to ensure content and channels remain relevant and timely.
- Support the Corporate Affairs team in the development and execution of the overarching communications and stakeholder engagement strategy and help align business unit or project stakeholder engagement with the broader corporate agenda.
- Provide additional support on external communications as required, including daily media reports, brand positioning and issues management.
- Support our people and change agenda and other programs in alignment with our strategy, brand and reputation.
Let’s talk about you
Ideally you have a background working for a technology-first company; additional experience in finance or fintech will be advantageous. You always operate with an inclusive, enterprise focus, with the customers’ best interest at the heart of your messaging.
- A communications generalist, preferably experienced in internal comms channel development and management.
- Experience in designing visual content tiles, intranet graphics, presentations, screen savers, digital screens
- Experience creating and integrating both BAU and transformation comms would be ideal
- Great collaborator with a proven track record in managing a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to rally people around a purpose, strategy and transformation agenda.
Sound like you?
That’s a good sign In return for your energy and ideas we offer genuine flexible family life / work balance e.g. adjusted days, hours. Health, well-being and social initiatives to help you feel great and connected, as well as our hugely popular extra week of leave program.
We always support a safe, healthy, engaging and productive working environment for all employees and workers, whether that be in your home an office or a combination of both.
We live and breathe our values. Act Right, Show Care, Be Curious.
