Marketing Coordinator

Bega Group are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Independent Sales and Field Operations team. You will play a critical role in supporting our dedicated sales team to ensure best practice execution. In this role you will coordinate our EDM campaign agenda, produce all sales-led selling materials, and be the key contact to disseminate vital marketplace information to our sales team. This is a fast-paced role and perfect for someone that prides themselves on their attention to detail as well as sense of urgency. Our sales team and customers will be relying on you

**Responsibilities**:
- Champion the continuous improvement and execution of the customer communications strategy through effective and appealing EDM campaigns- Produce first class customer-facing presentations, brochures and selling tools- Coordinate the execution of our customer loyalty programs- Lead the production and execution of internal communications to keep our sales team informed and up to date- Work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and communication between sales team and other teams

About you- Experience working in either sales, communications or marketing- Track record of delivering timely, effective, creative communications- Successful demonstration of being able to simplify complex topics into easy to digest communications- Experience in building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders- Experience within FMCG preferred, not essential
