What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, build, and enhancement of identity and access management (IAM) solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and operational support for identity platforms
  • Champion modern IAM practices including JIT, least privileges and Zero Trust principles
  • Drive automation and integration initiatives to make access simple, secure and scalable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape identity strategy and standards 

What You'll Bring

  • Lead and develop team members to deliver quality IAM outcomes 
  • Deep knowledge of IAM principles and hands-on experience with identity platforms
  • Experience with MFA, SSO, PAM, and directory services
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and governance in regulated environments
