Business Development Executive

An international freight forwarder with offices across 5+ countries is seeking a Business Development Executive in Sydney, offering a full suite of services including sea freight, air freight, domestic freight, 3PL warehousing, and customs clearance.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a dynamic sales role that combines business development and account management in your day-to-day.
What You'll Get- Competitive salary: $80–110k + super + uncapped commissions
- Quick progression opportunities dependant on performance

- Hunt new business opportunities across all logistics services
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Learn to prepare and present competitive quotes
- Attend client meetings (1–2 days a week in office, flexible otherwise)
- Drive revenue growth through both new and repeat business
- Experience in freight forwarding sales, operations, or customer service roles will be considered
- Broader transport and logistics experience will also be considered
- A hunter's mindset
