About the Client

An international freight forwarder with offices across 5+ countries is seeking a Business Development Executive in Sydney, offering a full suite of services including sea freight, air freight, domestic freight, 3PL warehousing, and customs clearance.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a dynamic sales role that combines business development and account management in your day-to-day.

About the Role
  • Hunt new business opportunities across all logistics services
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Learn to prepare and present competitive quotes
  • Attend client meetings (1–2 days a week in office, flexible otherwise)
  • Drive revenue growth through both new and repeat business
About You
  • Experience in freight forwarding sales, operations, or customer service roles will be considered
  • Broader transport and logistics experience will also be considered
  • A hunter's mindset
