About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients gaining exposure to complex and rewarding work that keeps your skills sharp and your career moving forward.

You'll be hands-on in managing jobs from start to finish and build long and meaningful relationships with your clients across varied and exciting industries - think agribusiness, wine, retail and professional services, just to name a few.

If your goal is to develop your leadership capability, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our foundational and intermediate accountants - through reviewing work, mentoring, and training.  Alternatively, if you're passionate about deepening your technical expertise, we'll support you in becoming a subject matter expert in your field.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business services within an Australian public practice accounting firm
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience managing accounting and tax compliance jobs from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - both externally with clients and internally with colleagues
  • A proactive mindset and desire to continue growing professionally
