Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing advisory practice that is committed to developing future leaders and providing exceptional client service. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and help deliver high-value advisory services to a diverse client base.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with strategic planning, workforce management, and advisory services, while also mentoring and assisting other team members. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending and facilitating strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Participating in a broad range of client meetings and engagements
  • Preparing management reports and supporting workforce planning activities
  • Engaging directly with clients to provide practical, actionable advice
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior team members
  • Managing workflow distribution and reviewing work from satellite offices
  • Preparing compliance-related work as required
  • Utilising a wide range of software applications
  • Potential for regional travel (if desired)

This role will suit a candidate with experience in tax and advisory, ideally with a passion for client interaction. You will demonstrate strong verbal, organisational, and problem-solving skills, be CA qualified, and proficient in Xero.
