Dragon Australia Pty Ltd is actively seeking qualified property manager to join our team in managing the company's growing residential property portfolio. We are seeking property manager who can contribute value and bring innovative ideas to help us maintain our success.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- Previous experience in Residential Property Management is essential.
- Proficiency in using Property Tree or similar property management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—must be honest, efficient, polite, and confident.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A good decision-maker with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Professional Manner and Presentation
Further requirements for the application will include:
Full-time & stable.
A Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
A current Certificate of registration for Real Estate is required.
Driver's License and own well-presented vehicle, car parking will be provided by the company.
Only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties with all other team members.
Communicate with tenants and landlords and all the relative third parties.
Respond to all rental inquiries via phone and email.
Assess the applications, prepare, and execute the new leases.
Conduct the ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections for the properties.
Arrange the repairs and maintenance work orders
Negotiate leases and conduct rent reviews
Process bills and invoices Report directly to the principal
Previous tribunal experience is preferred, though training can be provided.
