Our client is a high-performing, reputable school in Brisbane known for it's friendly, stable and innovative team. Set on a large, luscious campus with incredible amenities, students and staff enjoy a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and a cohesive educational journey from Primary to Secondary.

Conveniently located, educators here are rewarded with a welcoming culture built on transparency, and one where the well-being of staff is valued. Teachers tend to stay here for a long time and this position hasn't been available for many, many years.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, this is a role for someone with demonstrated strengths in achieving both pastoral and academic outcomes for students. We are looking for someone who will bring warmth, clarity, and strategic oversight to every interaction, whether coaching staff, supporting students, or planning for the future.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading learning and teaching across the primary years, with a focus on high-impact pedagogical practice and whole-child development
  • Supporting and mentoring teachers through professional development, classroom coaching, and collaborative planning
  • Driving well-being initiatives that ensure every child feels a deep sense of belonging, safety, and confidence to learn
  • Contributing to whole-school strategic priorities, while managing the daily rhythms and operations of the primary school
  • Overseeing key events, enrichment programs, and transitions to create a cohesive and connected school experience
