Applications are sought for the following position: PA to the Head of Primary – Logan Village This is a full-time (5 days per week) position commencing Term 4, 2025.
We are seeking a highly competent, professional, and solutions-focused Personal Assistant to support the Head of Primary.
The successful applicant will be a confident problem-solver, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain professionalism in every situation.
Key Responsibilities Calendar and diary management for the Head of PrimaryCoordinate correspondence, including risk assessments and toursReporting and timetabling supportOrganise and book interviewsManage administration for purchases, credit card, and budget queriesOversee Celebration Night administrationFacilitate administration for Primary events (e.g. ANZAC Day)Act as first point of contact for staff and parents seeking to connect with the Head of PrimaryManage maintenance requestsBuild strong, professional relationships with staff across the collegeUndertake ad hoc duties as directed by the Head of Primary and the PA to the Principal About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a PA or similar high-level administrative roleA proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act decisivelyStrong emotional resilience – able to stay professional, composed, and objectiveExcellent administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detailAdvanced communication skills – clear, professional, and confident (written and verbal)Strong time management with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectivelyIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and WordA collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellenceCurrent Working with Children Check Applications close at 4:00pm on FRIDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2025.
