- Administering WHS systems, including SharePoint, SuccessFactors, and incident management tools, ensuring data accuracy and version control.
- Coordinating WHS training programs, maintaining attendance records, and following up on completion status.
- Assisting with the documentation and tracking of incident reports, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Supporting the HR and WHS teams with administrative tasks related to policy reviews, audits, and reporting cycles.
- Providing administrative coordination for safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities across Codan's global operations.

You are a detail-oriented and organised administrative professional with experience supporting workplace health and safety, HR, or compliance functions. You have a strong ability to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate multiple tasks within established processes and timelines.
Your strong communication and coordination skills allow you to liaise effectively across departments and levels of the organisation. You are confident working with WHS systems and tools such as SharePoint and SuccessFactors (or similar), and you take pride in ensuring data integrity and procedural compliance.
Most importantly, you are proactive, reliable, and committed to supporting Codan's goal of maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-managed workplace.
