As part of the Property Management team, you will manage a portfolio of approx. 140 properties in the South of Brisbane. Your role is to ensure that every milestone for the property's requirements is being met. We are client focused and seek people who are passionate about connecting with people and building a real rapport. The role offers variety, and you'll be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders daily. From clients, investors, tradespeople, industry professionals, renters, rental providers and of course our wonderful team.

How does the role work within the team…

Our team are vital to achieving our client's success and upholding our proven methodology and track record. The Property Management department oversee our clients' investments, manage tenancies and maximise client service standards. You will succeed in this role if you can work proactively, interface with multiple teams and build a real rapport with your clients.

Are you a whiz with PropertyMe, Outlook, Inspection Express, Tapi and Inspect Real Estate? Then you're exactly who we're looking for But hey, if you're not familiar with these tools yet, no sweat - we'll give you all the training you need. Just make sure you're comfortable with computers and ready to learn new cloud-based systems.

Your responsibilities will not be limited to

  • Achieving set KPI's
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day-to-day management of their properties
  • Relationship management
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Compliance
  • Rental reviews
  • Managing Tenancy Arrears
  • Routine inspections
  • Entry & Exit reporting
