Lead the marketing strategy across two dynamic pharmacy brands — Chempro Chemists and Chemist Outlet.

Chempro Chemists group is one of Australia's fastest growing pharmacy networks, supporting over 150+ stores. We're passionate about delivering trusted health advice, quality products, and meaningful community connections.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and oversee all brand, promotional, and communication activity across both Chempro Chemists and Chemist Outlet banners.

Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, you'll be responsible for shaping the marketing direction and ensuring strong, consistent brand execution across both banners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans for Chempro Chemists and Chemist Outlet.
  • Managing catalogue, promotional calendars, and brand communications.
  • Overseeing supplier marketing partnerships and coop funding initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Merchandise, Operations Teams and Stores to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Leading digital, social, and in-store campaigns to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the Marketing team to ensure timely, high quality delivery.

About you:

You're a strategic and hands on marketer who thrives on variety and challenge. You'll bring:

  • 1+ years' experience in marketing management or senior marketing coordination, ideally within retail or pharmacy.
  • Proven experience developing and managing multi-brand marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, and brand management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial outcomes.
