· Run and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social channels.

· Generate a steady flow of quality leads and boost conversion on what's already working.

· Own the day-to-day execution of marketing testing, tweaking, and making the numbers climb.

· Keep the brand sharp, creative, and consistent across all touchpoints.

What we're looking for

· 5–10+ years' experience in marketing, with real runs on the board.

· A proven executor: you don't just talk strategy; you make campaigns happen.

· Strong across digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, social, and overall brand marketing.

· Results-driven mindset where you care about leads, ROI, and performance.

· A strong understanding of CRM platforms.

Company Description

MouldMen was founded in response to the 2011 South East Queensland floods. Recognising the potential for significant mould issues due to increased moisture levels, Founder Gerard Murtagh sought out the best mould remediation practices. He travelled to New Orleans to learn from experts involved in the Hurricane Katrina clean-up. Armed with world-class knowledge and processes, Gerard established MouldMen to offer efficient and effective mould removal services. Today, MouldMen continues to deliver top-tier mould remediation solutions across Australia.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in South East QLD. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales efforts. The role includes creating marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and engaging with customers to promote MouldMen's services effectively.
