Warehouse Supervisor

Black Belt Protein is a direct to market protein and supplement manufacturer based in Molendinar on the Gold Coast and providing thousands of customers in Australia and Internationally over 180 unique protein and supplement lines.

We currently require an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our warehouse.

The position is available now and training will be provided to the right person.

Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to read recipes and follow precise instructions.

This role supports the Production Manager and the duties include:
Supervising and directing staff

Blending / manufacturing proteins and supplements

Safe use of production equipment

Ensure all OH & S procedures are followed

Ensure compliance with and complete documents relating to HACCP and Safe Food Qld, as well as other regulatory bodies.

Cleaning to Food Safety Standards

All aspects of General Warehousing

Pick / pack of customer orders, plus freight dispatch

Printing our product labels in house using custom printer and software

Work the assembly line in packing supplements (during quiet times)

The role is Day Shift working between the hours of 8am to 4pm.

5 + Years Warehouse Experience

Punctual, hard-working and able to meet daily targets and follow instructions.

Reliability is a must, as well as good computer skills.

Process / production experience in the food manufacturing industry will be highly regarded but not necessary as full training will be provided.

Physically fit as there is manual handling of 25kg bags

We are a Food Manufacturer so proof of a current Covid-19 Vaccination is required.
