About the Role
As an Organisation Development Partner, you will work alongside
leaders to develop and embed initiatives that will shape culture, drive
performance, and support the ongoing engagement and development of our people. This
is a role where a strategic approach, creativity, collaboration, and hands-on
delivery will enable meaningful change. This role is one where you will truly
feel the positive impact of the initiatives you lead.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organisation development with impact: Lead and support a range of OD programs including engagement action planning, manager development, performance and succession planning. You will have the ability to design and deliver fit-for-purpose programs that are practical, and easy for leaders and employees to adopt.
  • Learning that inspires: Develop and facilitate a range of soft skills programs, and create a range of engaging and modern learning resources and tools such as videos, 'learning bites' and toolbox talks.
  • Collaboration for change: Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable the development of L&OD programs that meet the needs of our people and result in positive and measurable change.
  • Innovation in practice: Use creative tools to develop engaging L&OD programs that are catchy, modern and fun

About You
You're someone who thrives on building organisational capability and
culture, and you're motivated by the opportunity to make learning engaging, impactful
and fun. You're a strategic thinker, but want to be hands on too. You are keen
to develop your own resources and programs, and your energised by making a
difference for individuals, the organisation and our sector.

What You'll Bring:

  • OD expertise: A minimum of 5 years experience leading and delivering OD initiatives across a large organisation.
  • Learning design & facilitation: Skilled in developing programs (especially management and leadership program), OD tools and resources, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy creativity: Confident using creative content development tools (such as Canva, Camtasia and other video development tools) and e-learning platforms (not required) to develop engaging content.
  • Relationship building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and adapt communication for different audiences.
  • Pragmatic mindset: Hands-on, open to feedback, and able to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Qualifications: A degree in Education, Business, Arts, or related field, plus 5–10 years' experience in Organisation Development. Certification in diagnostic tools is desirable but not essential.
