You'll drive organisational change by designing and implementing strategies for employee engagement, leadership development and workforce capability.

Role Highlights

As Senior Organisational Development Specialist, you will meaningfully influence the culture of Fremantle Ports through the design and implementation of organisational development initiatives, positively impacting engagement and performance. You won't be doing this alone, you'll join a tight-knit team who pride themselves on excellent service and delivery of effective solutions.

In this diverse, hands-on role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing programs to enhance leadership capabilities across Fremantle Ports.   

  • Identifying talent pipelines and career development pathways to support development and growth.

  • Implementing projects focused on improving diversity, equity and inclusion within Fremantle Ports.

  • Reviewing and implementing initiatives to support diversity, inclusion and equity across Fremantle Ports.

  • Managing the Learning Management System.

  • Liaising with leaders and subject matter experts to understand learning requirements and deliver programs aligned to business needs.

  • Planning, designing, developing, validating, facilitating, evaluating and reviewing learning programs.

You will also bring:

  • Substantial experience in implementing and driving organisational development outcomes.

  •  Experience in designing, implementing, delivering and evaluating organisational development strategies and capability frameworks including best practice methodologies.

  • Substantial knowledge and experience in LMS platforms.

  • Experience in designing online learning modules and supporting materials.

  • Experience in leading performance and talent cycles and succession planning.

  • Experience delivering diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive cultural equity and change.
