What will you bring?
  • Strong experience in non-financial risk management, with proven OR&C, Assurance and/or controls design experience
  • Experience with retail credit risk management
  • A dynamic individual who has exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with a wide variety of experts.
  • You are passionate about creating simpler, more effective customer and banker experiences
  • Experience with reviewing and designing processes, systems and policies
  • Problem Solving Skills & Delivering Results: Draws on multiple data sources and networks to understand the problem, devise innovative technical & non-technical solutions and deliver on the way forward, considering effective risk management processes and strategies
  • Strong data skills, the ability to draw insights and use them to drive change
  • Very strong communication skills, with experience in messaging complicated information to senior stakeholder groups
  • You act as an advocate, enhancing the customer experience by challenging and encouraging others to put the customer first
