About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Labourer – Insulation Installer to join our team at D&D Roof Vacuuming & Insulation Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation of insulation in residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely loading, unloading, and transporting insulation materials to job sites
  • Preparing surfaces and installing insulation materials in attics, walls, and ceilings using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Measuring and cutting insulation materials to fit specific spaces
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Assisting with other general labouring duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in insulation installation or a similar construction role

  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation ( Must have a car or ute for transport as job sites are all around sydney)
  • Ability to complete tasks to set deadlines
