Roofing Labourer / Tipper Driver Wanted – Join Our Slate Roofing Team

Location: Sydney, NSW

Job Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate start available

Pay Rate: Based on experience

We are a specialist roofing company working on high-end and heritage projects across Sydney. Our projects include the installation of premium slate such as Welsh Penrhyn, Canadian Glendyne, and Spanish Del Carmen, along with copper detailing and traditional leadwork.

We are currently seeking a Roofing Labourer / Tipper & Delivery Driver to join our growing team.

About the Role:

  • Assisting roofers with daily tasks on-site
  • General labouring, site clean-up, and material handling
  • Loading/unloading scaffold, tools, and materials
  • Driving a small tipper truck (deliveries and runs to the tip)
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Opportunities to learn roofing skills and progress into the trade

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 25 years old
  • Current full Australian driver's licence (minimum 5 years)
  • White Card (construction induction) – or willing to obtain
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
  • Experience in roofing or construction preferred but not essential (training provided)
