What You'll Be Doing:

National Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in crafting and executing dynamic marketing plans to drive sales growth.

  • Develop high-impact campaigns across advertising, social media, PR, and website exposure.

  • Manage and optimise our social media presence, creating engaging content.

  • Own campaign results, analyse performance, and pivot strategies when needed.

Local Store Marketing (LSM):

  • Be the go-to marketing guru for our franchisee partners, shaping local strategies.

  • Translate big-picture marketing goals into local store success stories.

  • Jump into the QSR world and occasionally support stores during peak hours.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with agency partners to bring marketing ideas to life.

  • Lead multiple national events, ensuring maximum brand exposure and engagement.

  • Play a key role in new product launches and packaging development.

  • Track budgets, expenses, and marketing effectiveness with precision.

Who You Are:

  • Are you a marketing maestro with a degree to prove it?

  • Got 2–3 years of experience under your belt?
