You:

  • have at least 3 years of experience in Webflow website development
  • love working as part of a close-knit team of thinkers and doers

  • have the ability to realise our clients visions' at the highest possible standard, and work across a varied portfolio of projects
  • have strong knowledge of development lifecycles from scoping, building and testing to deployment.

  • work well autonomously but also thrive on collaboration, communication and streamlined processes
  • take ownership of projects, ad-hoc development tasks and take initiative by proposing new features and tech advancements to continuously improve the overall user experience.
  • have fluency in interpreting, consuming and working with third-party APIs and plug-ins.
  • have a strong skill set in third-party analytics and optimisation platforms
  • strategically choose solutions that support efficiency and load times without sacrificing UX.
  • have the ability to test, identify bugs, and resolve issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • own the full web development lifecycle for all of our client websites
  • work closely with the Managing Director, Creative Director and Senior Designers to execute the long-term digital roadmap and deliver a best-in-class online experience
  • write best in class, fast and clean code with customer experience at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Manage all updates to the websites across our Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane markets
