Our Growth team is where sales, marketing, and growth strategy collide to supercharge Blinq's reach. Role & Impact

You'll own the design and development of Blinq's website. You'll inherit an existing Webflow build and evolve it into a high-performing, growth-focused experience. From designing new pages to implementing tracking, you'll make sure every interaction feels seamless and every visitor leaves with the right impression.

Type of Role: Freelance to FTE

• Design and build new pages, components, and interactions directly in Webflow
• Evolve the existing site structure and design system to support growth
• Implement and maintain tagging, tracking, and analytics (GTM, GA, Meta pixels, etc)
• Write clean HTML and CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript for custom needs
• Optimise site speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO performance
• Collaborate with Blinq's Creative Lead and Motion Designer to bring ideas to life

• 3-5 years of experience designing and building in Webflow
• Strong UI and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, plus comfort extending Webflow with custom code
• Experience implementing analytics and conversion tracking integrations
• Growth mindset with experience building and optimising conversion-led landing pages
• Bonus: background in CRO, A/B testing, or evolving sites inherited from agencies
