YourResponsibilities

1.Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

2.Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain consistent quality.

3.Develop and implement service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

4.Manage staff rosters, training, and performance reviews.

5.Handle customer feedback and ensure all guests receive exceptional dining experiences. 6.Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting.

7.Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.

8.Support marketing initiatives, special events, and promotions to grow the restaurant's brand and customer base.

WhatweneedfromyouAt least 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage staff and maintain high service standards. Good understanding of Asian or fine-dining restaurant operations is an advantage. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience). Mandarin or Cantonese ability preferred y.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
