About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, high-energy student or youhg graduate to join us part-time and learn the real art of partnerships, storytelling, and brand building from Day 1.

You'll work closely with the Founder to identify, connect with, and manage partnerships across Australia's top corporates, mid-tier organisations and startups.

If you're someone who loves people, creative ideas, and making things happen; this is your launchpad.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential brand, sponsor, and community partners.
  • Assist in creating partnership decks, outreach messages, and proposals.
  • Support event sponsorship logistics and follow-ups.
  • Help manage partner relationships and communications.
  • Join in on select partner calls, brainstorms, and events.
  • Coming up with creative ideas on how to lock in solid ideas to nail partneships for our next 2 events this year.

  • A Sydney-based student (or recent grad) with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and confident reaching out to people.
  • Passionate about storytelling, events, and the Australian ecosystem.
  • A "doer" who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
