The Role
We're looking for a
Partner Success Associate (NSW)
who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and making every partner feel valued. In this role, you'll be the go-to for our organisation accounts, driving renewals, strengthening partnerships, and finding new opportunities to grow revenue and engagement.
This isn't just about partner success; it's about creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our partners. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, from marketing and events to workforce development and finance, ensuring our partners see real value in every interaction with ACS.
This role is fixed term for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent in the future.
What You'll Be Doing
- Onboard, grow, retain, and maximise the value of new and existing organisation and partner accounts.
- Execute the client renewal process, including contracts, conversations, and touchpoints.
- Deliver insights, reporting, and a customer-first approach that keeps partnerships strong.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver events, programs, and initiatives that showcase value.
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes, improve the partner experience, and drive outcomes.
About You
We're after someone who is as outgoing and approachable as they are organised. You'll bring a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, able to balance big-picture strategy with rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
You'll Also Have
- Experience in B2B account management, partnerships, or client success.
- A proven track record in renewals, retention, and growing accounts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to connect and influence across all levels of a business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive, energetic style that ensures our partners will enjoy working with you
