The RoleAs Bar Manager, you'll be an motivational beverage enthusiast, who loves creating a stellar cocktail offering and service for locals and patrons.

Your role will involve all of the bar essentials including the day to day running of the bars, opening and closing the venue, creating beverage lists, stocktake and inventory control, hiring staff, rostering and all aspects of managing the overall bars operations.  Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.

Experience working as a Bars Manager in some of Brisbane's best restaurants or venues will set you up for success. The culture here is one of a kind, with a close knit crew and a team that work together.
