About the role

We're looking for a true Branch Manager to join this impressive, service-based company. The role will ultimately involve P&L responsibility, driving top line revenue development, operational efficiency + engaging a team of service staff and support functions.

Duties

  • Drive operational efficiencies through the service team
  • Ensure internal sales team working at pace to maximise opportunities within the market
  • Ensure sales and operations work effectively to uncover & deliver on new business opportunities & drive repeat business
  • Lead with presence and effectiveness across the whole branch
  • Full responsibility for P&L for the branch

Skills and Experience

  • Strong leadership credentials, ideally having led both sales & operations / service functions previously
  • Industry experience aligned to industrial services with both sales & service business streams
  • Commercially savvy including understanding sales & revenue generation in addition to operations
  • Ideally have P&L responsibility
  • Passionate leader able to implement change management & drive best practice through a branch
