Description

Aspen Medical is seeking a Digital Health Training Lead to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that empower clinicians to provide safe, high-quality, and evidence-based digital care. This role plays a key part in building workforce capability, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our expanding Digital Health program. This position is available as a 6 month fixed-term contract initially, with the possibility of extension. 

About the Position:

  • Design, coordinate and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs, including onboarding, upskilling, and professional development initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through auditing, feedback, and compliance monitoring to maintain quality and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operational teams to align workforce selection and training objectives.
  • Provide hands-on training and support for clinicians using digital health platforms and systems.
  • Lead a culture of learning, safety and excellence by mentoring teams and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Manage training budgets, resources and reporting to ensure efficiency and accountability.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and evaluating workforce training programs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to maintain training records and ensure compliance with clinical, client and regulatory requirements.
  • High level of adaptability and commitment to quality, safety and continuous learning.
  • (Desirable) Qualifications in training and assessment (Cert IV TAE or equivalent) and/or experience in Digital Health or clinical governance.
  • (Desirable) Proficiency in learning management systems and digital care technologies.
