Senior Associate – Commercial Property | Brisbane CBD

A high-performing mid-tier firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Commercial Property to lead a thriving team of four in their Brisbane CBD office.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll step into a leadership role covering:

Commercial conveyancing and transactions

Complex commercial and retail leasing

Advisory work for developers, landlords, and investors

Buy/sell arrangements for commercial and industrial properties

Finance, securities, and caveats

You'll work closely with high-value clients across the property, finance, and industrial sectors — with access to an established client base and the autonomy to grow your own.
