What is your role?
 

• As Senior Associate | Mechanical, you will combine technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement. You will:
• Lead and mentor a talented team of mechanical engineers and designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects, ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and sustainable design best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other disciplines to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships, contributing to proposals, and helping secure new opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team, ensuring project delivery excellence across all stages.

About You
 

• Experience:
  10+ years in mechanical engineering for building services, with strong project delivery experience.
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Technical expertise:
  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sustainable design principles, NCC, and Australian Standards.
• Collaboration:
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial acumen:
  Ability to support business development, contribute to proposals, and manage project delivery requirements.
