What is your role?
 

As a
Senior Associate | Projects
, you will take the lead in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion. You will manage specific client portfolios, building trusted relationships and ensuring excellent outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle. 

Your role will involve overseeing the design and coordination of MEP engineering services, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines while guiding teams to meet Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC), and client requirements. 

You will also provide strong project leadership through planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight. In addition, you will act as a mentor and leader, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence within the team.

About You
 

• Educational Background:
  A tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or other MEP Engineering discipline.
• Experience:
  10+ years in building services engineering with proven success in project leadership, client management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Technical Skills:
  In-depth understanding of MEP design and delivery, project management methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Attributes:
  Exceptional leadership and communication skills, client-focused mindset, and a proactive, collaborative approach to managing people and projects.
