Service Receptionist

With a focus on customer service excellence and working well within a close-knit and highly professional dealership team, we are seeking a Service Receptionist for our busy factory-owned dealership located in Alexandria. Ideally we are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about the luxury automotive industry.
In the role of Service Receptionist, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting all Service customers;
- Answering incoming phone calls;
- Managing the Service department bookings;
- Providing administrative support to the Service team; and
- Representing the Porsche brand in a professional manner when dealing with customers and their enquiries.
Essential Applicant Criteria:
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of professionalism
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Conscientious and motivated, with a strong eye for detail
- Impeccable personal presentation
- A background in the automotive industry and DMS experience is highly desirable
