We are looking for an organised, proactive administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role can be based out of head offices in either Melbourne, VIC (Burnley) or Sydney, NSW (Alexandria).

The role will include a variety of administration tasks such as:

  • Data entry - ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems;
  • Referral and case set-up support;
  • Owning and maintaining critical business email inboxes including triaging and allocating emails;
  • Answering phones and email queries across the business and directing to the relevant staff;
  • Invoicing support - managing and maintaining invoicing for our contractors;
  • Any other required administration duties;

About you:   

You must possess the following key attributes:  

  • Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
  • An interest in heath care, allied health and/or return to work support.
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Great customer focus and dedication.
  • A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
