About the role:

The Property Officer supports the effective management of a diverse property portfolio by delivering various real estate projects and contributes to the development of strategies, plans and budgets. The role involves working on a range of real estate matters in line with established procedures, ensuring transactions reflect fair market value, comply with relevant policies, and are completed accurately and on time to support high-quality outcomes.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and experience working within Government preferred.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence for state-wide travel including regional and remote areas
