Are you passionate about real estate and ready to take the next step in your property management career?

First National Neptune – Bella Vista is seeking a
dedicated and proactive Property Officer
to join our dynamic property management team.

You'll work closely with our experienced Property Managers, providing vital support to ensure the smooth and professional management of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct open homes and inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and routine)
  • Process tenancy applications and prepare lease documentation
  • Handle prospective tenant enquiries
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage rental arrears and assist with rent collection processes
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Property Management team
  • Assist with additional ad hoc duties as required

Please note:
Our team operates on a rotating roster — you'll work alternate Saturdays and enjoy a weekday off in exchange

About You

  • Minimum 12 months of property management experience
  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
