We're seeking a motivated
Governance Officer
to join our high-performing Legal & Governance team. This is your opportunity to support corporate secretariat functions and ensure compliance across a dynamic portfolio of companies, trusts and joint ventures.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Governance Manager, you'll help ensure that Frasers Property Australia meets its legal and corporate governance responsibilities. You'll provide vital administrative and operational support, working across corporate records, entity management, governance meetings, and stakeholder coordination — all while contributing to a collaborative and purpose-led team.

What You'll Do

  • Support ASIC and GEMS corporate filings, trust and entity setups, and wind-ups
  • Assist with business name and trademark registrations, renewals, and statutory body requirements
  • Help coordinate quarterly Group Management and Finance Committee meetings using Nasdaq BoardVantage
  • Maintain BoardVantage portal access and support meeting minute preparation
  • Draft and manage written resolutions, circular resolutions, and key governance documents using DocuSign
  • Assist in developing governance templates, filing architecture, and process improvements
  • Manage bank guarantee administration and provide general legal team support, including calendar and mailbox management
  • Raise purchase orders, create vendors, and liaise with external stakeholders on account matters
  • Support ad-hoc projects, policy updates, and insurance/licensing compliance as required

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to tasks
  • An interest in governance, legal processes, and corporate compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with BoardVantage and DocuSign is a plus
  • Experience in a Board support role or similar.
