Our model at GB ensures an all-encompassing support structure, with dedicated workers compensation technical specialists, that allow our case managers to thrive in a supportive, dynamic and fun environment Our aim is to genuinely assist injured workers in their recovery journey and return to work with empathy, care and compassion.
A rewarding role, that will utilise your case management expertise, to support injured workers experiencing mental health conditions and facilitating a tailored recovery journey.
How you'll make an impactWhat you'll be doing:
Advising and providing case management support across a range of rehabilitation cases at various stages of their return to work journey;Engaging with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners and legal providers in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties;Contributing to excellent return to work outcomes and lead the end-to-end claims management life cycle;Coaching and mentoring case managers and collaborating with our additional Mental Health, Recovery and RTW, and Technical support hubs.About youAbout you:
You'll have previous experience in case management within a Workers Compensation or insurer setting.Exceptional time management and organisational skills;A customer focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;A strategic mindset and approach to work;A strong sense of team and collaboration with the ability to coach and mentor others.What can we offer you?
A manageable caseload of 50-65 cases.
