About the role

We're seeking an experienced and adaptable Customer Intake and Funding Officer to join our Fairfield team. You'll play a key role in welcoming new customers, managing funding data, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in a period of exciting organisational growth.

  • Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and web from customers, carers, and service providers
  • Complete intake and onboarding processes, including verifying NDIS details and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain NDIS service agreements and schedules of supports
  • Monitor budgets, track funding usage, and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Liaise with internal teams, transferring customers to the Business Manager for ongoing service coordination

Roster- 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday

About you

  • You have solid NDIS knowledge and experience in customer service, intake, or funding coordination
  • You hold a Certificate IV in Individual Support, Community Services, Business Administration, or similar
  • You're a confident communicator who builds rapport easily with customers, families, and providers
  • You're adaptable to change and enjoy contributing to new systems and process improvements
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and value both autonomy and teamwork
