Job Description
Aspen Medical is a global provider of innovative healthcare solutions across a diverse range of clients within the Defence, Mining, Oil and Gas, Government and Humanitarian sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all service lines, proactively monitoring coverage and addressing any shortfalls or risks in real time.
  • Coordinate leave approvals and arrange suitable backfill to maintain service continuity.
  • Support onboarding processes by aligning rosters with credentialing and induction schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with fatigue management, Fair Work standards, and Aspen Medical's internal Workforce & Roster Guidelines, maintaining accurate records to support Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and audit readiness.
  • Liaise with clinical, operational, and stakeholder teams to ensure roster decisions align with service delivery needs.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling — ideally within a healthcare or service-based environment.
  • Proficency in rostering systems such as CoreSchedule and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of Fair Work compliance, fatigue management, and internal workforce policies.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and proactively use roster data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for workforce optimisation.
  • Experience in Virtual Health, clinical coordination, or allied health administration (highly regarded).

What We Offer

  • Full-time fixed-term position until 30 June 2026.
  • Flexible working from home arrangements.
  • Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.
  • Access to employee benefits including discounted gym memberships and private health insurance.
