We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender with a passion for mixology to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender with Cocktail Experience, you will be responsible for crafting a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Skills
  • Cocktail Crafting:
  • Create a variety of cocktails with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and maintaining consistent quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative and unique cocktail creations into the menu.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all patrons.
  • Engage with customers, offer recommendations, and ensure an enjoyable experience for each guest.
  • Mixology Expertise:
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, demonstrating expertise in recommending appropriate drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Stay informed about new beverage trends, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Bar Maintenance:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed, and coordinating with management for ordering supplies.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate service and address customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on cocktail preparation.
  • Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: $30.00 – $43.00 per hour
