Garfish Crows Nest is currently seeking a skilled and professional bartender to join our established team in a casual capacity with set evening shifts of Tuesday, Friday & Saturday with the option of additional hours. The role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment and take pride in delivering consistently outstanding customer experiences.

Please note: We are only accepting applications from individuals with proven industry experience. This is not an entry-level position.

Bar Staff

  • Expertly craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain a spotless, well-stocked, and efficient bar environment
  • Provide engaging and knowledgeable bar service to a discerning clientele

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional bartending experience
  • A deep understanding of food and beverage service standards, particularly in high-quality venues
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers
  • Impeccable customer service and communication skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
  • RSA certification and the legal right to work in Australia
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts (essential)
