Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker located in Baulkham Hills, NSW. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities or aged care needs. Day-to-day tasks include personal care, daily living assistance, transportation, and community engagement. The role also involves monitoring and documenting client progress and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible care for clients.
Qualifications
- Personal care and daily living assistance skills
- Experience with transportation and community engagement
- Ability to monitor and document client progress
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Disability Support or Aged Care support
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in the Disability or Aged Care industries is a plus
