National Sales Manager
to join our team in Australia and play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading our local sales team..

Role Overview

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing customer accounts across the Australian market. You will lead a team of 4–5 sales professionals, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent local service delivery. This role emphasizes account management, customer engagement, and developing sustainable business growth strategies rather than direct P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4–5 sales personnel, setting clear targets and driving performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business channels.
  • Conduct training for sales teams and retail partners to strengthen product knowledge and customer service.
  • Support the execution of in-store promotions, showroom setups, and outlet activities to enhance brand presence.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales service and localized customer support.
  • Monitor competitor activities, particularly from international players, and formulate strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within furniture, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Based in Australia or willing to relocate.
