About the role

As a Parts Interpreter (Internal title- Parts Sales Coordinator) based at our customer site in Lake Cowal, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer parts orders. Your role will involve handling inbound order calls, processing data, interpreting parts requirements, and following up on customer enquiries to ensure their needs are met. You'll also conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring parts and key deliverables are organised effectively to support all business units.

Roster

  • 7x7 Even Time Roster hour shifts
  • Shift Times: 06:00AM to 18:00PM

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
  • An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office and internet-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members
  • Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
  • Forklift and Drivers licence class C
