About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a full-time Carpenter, you will be responsible for a variety of carpentry and construction duties, contributing to the successful delivery of our building projects.
What you'll be doing
- Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including facility management and renovation work as well as new builds
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure work is completed to the required standards
- Use and maintain a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project completion
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of work to meet project deadlines
What we're looking for
Formal carpentry qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
